FAQS

Here you can find some frequently asked questions and their answers.

1) Gift wrapping and packaging

A) I make sure all of my orders are packaged in a way so it will not snap. There will be a piece of cardboard (one per item) that is recycled in order to ensure the strength of the package itself. Each order is sent in a bubble mailer. Each order also comes with a hand written and decorated note with three main things. 1) a small are with my socials 2) the main note part saying thanks 3) a care guide to ensure the item stays safe while it’s in your hands. A gift option is available. They will be wrapped with a piece of tissue paper, extras such as stickers and the option to have a note inside.

Also please tell the third party that they will be receiving a package from my shop so they know they are expecting a package.

If the package is shipped there is nothing I can do.
